I strongly identify with pimento cheese at the moment. Made some homemade for the first time ever in honors of Masters weekend.

Also, I had to look up pickle loaf. I have always eaten olive loaf and the internet confirms that this is very similar so I gave it my support. |

Fun facts:
When I moved to SF no Chinese place had anything like crab rangoon. Seems like a midwestern hybrid concoction. Now I see it out here in LA a few times, but they call it "cream cheese wontons" or something similar. I have yet to find a breaded pork tenderloin sandwich west of the Rockies. If anyone knows of one if LA please let me know. I miss it. |
