Wrong. The place was spotless. I practically mother****ing licked the baseboards clean. I'm an excellent tenant with impeccable rental history.

In any case, if there were issues, they had 30 days to inform me.

They've lost that privilege.

It's quite possible that they're ****ing slacking and haven't even assessed the unit. Or haven't finished with any repairs and don't know what to charge you yet.

There could be a number of reasons.

This is why you don't wait 30 days to take action.

Give them 1-2 weeks and start pressuring so they know not to **** around.

If you're a pain in the ass they'll want you taken care of and out of their hair.

Tomorrow, get on the phone and blow their phones up.

I'm the best landlord known to mankind. I keep EVERYTHING top notch. I also return a full deposit if they leave the place clean and ready for the next tenant.
