Is there a tutorial for this somewhere? I started it and have no clue what to do. Never played anything like it except maybe Sims and a few Tycoon games...not sure if this is even like those.

I just downloaded it. I play Civilization Revolution on my phone; I assume it's just a really complex version of that.

There's a full tutorial available in the game menu. Also, if you are new to Civ, set your advisor type to new to Civ in the game options.

Finally started playing Civ 6 last night. Holy shit this is complicated. I barely understand what I'm doing, and have no idea what's going on around me, but it's kind of fun.

I have those two through steam. How hard is it to join up and co-op from epic game store and steam

I don't know that cross platform is possible right now. I told someone that wanted to play Civ with his brother but he already had it on steam to just get it on epic games as well.

Just make another Epic games account and get it on many, that way you can share with your friends. I have 4 accounts so I can share the coop goodness.
