100% accurate.

Houston's play last year wasn't the issue, but his attitude certainly was...

I guess you're referring to his attitude toward a contract because he was always a team player with a great attitude in the locker room.

Talked shit on Chiefs management from time to time, felt he didn't owe much to the organization that made him a multi-millionaire before age 30. He just wasn't a real leader on the defense. Between Houston and his attitude and Berry and his Haglund's, we had like $45m worth of players who should've been leading the defense either on the sideline pretending to coach, or simply muttering to anyone who'd listen about how they don't have to practice...

Facts.

You still don't know the definition of the word fact.

Why do people assume he was given that option?

Hoopsdoc 08-25-2019 10:23 AM

The Colts weren’t gonna be as good as the Chiefs anyway.

I seriously doubt Houston is sweating this.

Same source as the one that told me Tyreek didn't do anything and that "he good", so...how'd that all work out for ya?

He's totally not worried about it at all, he's getting paid phat to rush the passer every now and again and get blocked out of running plays...he good.

Lol and he used the same person twice. Players get cut and then some fans get butt hurt that the player didn't take a discount. Once they leave they have to start making shit up. I'm not saying DJ was making up anything. I trust his analysis about Houston's run D not being up to par with what it usually is, but I think that can be attributed to him being injured. I think the Chiefs doctors really ****ed him over with his knee, just like they did with JC.

Idiot fans expect these guys to just take a pay cut when they are ruining their bodies and it's pretty much a given that shortly after they retire from football their lives get pretty shitty. If not for the players these owners would have a lot less income, so maybe the owners should be the grateful ones since they are making billions and most players make a fraction of that. The players should squeeze every little bit of money they can, so that they know they and their families will never have to worry about money.

Worked out great for me, I'm a chiefs fan.

Your source couldn't know how houston felt, therefore you can't say how he felt as a fact.

You're so full of shit. Nobody knew that he was for sure good. I thought the whole thing was a crock of shit and he didn't do anything. You never know what's going to happen with a police investigation, especially when it involves a crazy psycho bitch and her family. That crazy bitch could have beat the shit out of herself and said he did it. Is your "source" Nick Athan?

We all know that Justin Houston FELT like he was worth more than he was, because he wouldn't restructure his contract. We know the Chiefs organization FELT like Houston wasn't worth being the highest paid player on the team, because when he refused to restructure, they cut his ass.

And those are facts.

I'm not sure we even know they offered to restructure...
