A lot of slandering is going to happen toward the players to turn us against them like always.

Yes, the players make a lot of money. They also work their asses off.

Many of the owners were born with a silver spoon shoved up their ass. They are some of the greediest pieces of shit to ever walk the Earth.

REMEMBER THIS WHEN TAKING SIDES.

Why would players ever agree to that

That’s a terrible deal for any of the guys making well above $250,000 per game...especially guys who signed pretty new contracts.

More than they make for a playoff game.

Playoffs are all about your legacy. Regular season is all about getting paid your fair share.

Yeah anyone making over $4 million a year makes over $250,000. What a load of shit. They have to be trolling with that bullshit.

I can't imagine them agreeing to it as is.

There will be some clarification and changes and hopefully be approved.

It is a good sign that they are this close though.

They wouldnt. Gives the owners something to give up when the players come back with approval except for these changes.<iframe scrolling="no" allowtransparency="true" src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets/widget_iframe.7303c29a8108bca4ac5c9ef008ed8164.html?origin=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.chiefsplanet.com" title="Twitter settings iframe" style="display: none;" frameborder="0"></iframe><iframe id="rufous-sandbox" scrolling="no" allowtransparency="true" allowfullscreen="true" style="position: absolute; visibility: hidden; display: none; width: 0px; height: 0px; padding: 0px; border: medium none;" title="Twitter analytics iframe" frameborder="0"></iframe>

The 17th game won't start for at least 2 years. I would say that the majority of existing contracts will be up or almost up by then. Out of those that will still be under contract, most won't be making more than that anyway. The number of players affected is small enough that it shouldn't be a factor.

CarlosCarson27 02-20-2020 04:54 PM

18. LOS ANGELES RAMS - Todd Gurley
----------
Lol seriously? This guy can't think his way out of a paper bag.
He'll vote how ever the nfl tells him to.
Same with most of the players on the list.

pugsnotdrugs19 02-20-2020 04:56 PM

So a bunch of moves are gonna happen if it’s agreed to?

Mahomes extension incoming? :hmmm:

I’ve never understood this. If every team has more cap space, can’t they just offer more too? It’s like when minimum wage jumps, prices have to go up too.

Catching balls for a living isn't remotely working your ass off.
They make too much money already for such trivial entertainment accomplishments.
Get back to me when they wash dishes for a living for a lousy boss. That's working your ass off. This is cake.
