I don't get what's tough about it. A Super Bowl champion wants you back. You take that deal.

I doubt the Cowboys are giving him dream money that he wouldn't have been earning with the Chiefs.

Maybe he has a chance to win a starting job in Dallas, or actually be used. That aint happening here.

I'd say making the 2020 roster probably wasn't a foregone conclusion in KC. In Dallas it might be.

Good Luck to Blake Bell with the Cowboys.

He made some good blocks and caught a few passes for Kansas City in a wonderful Super Bowl winning season for the Chiefs.

Current TEs for KC, Travis Kelce, Deon Yelder, and Nick Keiser. John Lovett is listed at 225 pounds and as a FB.

Bell was just starting to improve. :(

Now we just have to hope that Yeldon takes a couple of steps before that season starts.

Bell was a better blocker.

Alize Mack is also a name to look out for. He was signed to a futures contract. Sounds like the Chiefs staff likes him.

I thought so too, but I no longer see him on the Chiefs roster at chiefs.com. I thought maybe they just didn't show players that signed futures deals, but other players with future contracts are on there.

1. He has a ring. It would be fun to play in Dallas.
2. If they offered him 200k more, that's enough money to go. He's not making millions, so actually a little extra means a LOT.
3. Playing for a different staff gives him new relationships. The more people you know, the better your chances of picking up somewhere else next year. Staying in KC means you only know that staff, and they aren't going anywhere.

Supposedly the Chiefs have interest in Delanie Walker he may be interested in being a role player to try to win one at the end of his career.

The contract should be designed to pay him per game played. He’s a great pass catching option, but he’s very broken.

Hopefully, we get a comp pick in return.

This. At this stage of his career it's all about getting playing time, I imagine. Already has a ring, probably wants to see as many snaps as possible. Though I saw they extended Blake Jarwin.

Anyway good luck to all the players from the Super Bowl LIV roster!

I forgot he even played for the Chiefs...

This is a decent draft for TE talent. I think we’ll find an improvement either through the draft or undrafted players. Bell played decent for us and could be an ascending player, but we can’t keep them all.

Hit the road you piece of shit!
