I'm not going to publicly or privately tell you. My advise is to just block the number and move on. Another number pops up with the same behaviour, now you may have a legit concern about a stalker.

Yes, possibly harassment. But I'm not sure. More so my girlfriend for harassment at this point.

I have a VOIP line in my house because cell service can be really sketchy in my canyon but unfortunately, Spectrum only allows 30 blocked phone numbers, so I was receiving up to 40 spam calls per day.

Last summer, I signed up for Nomorobo and since then, I may get one spam call per day.
