Not like Dak made them elite. His contract is going to ensure that it's harder to surround him with talent. Hopefully he plays up to that contract, if not he will be rich on a mediocre team.

First off, once the new TV contracts go into effect, the salary cap will rise by at least 25% immediately and in less than 4 years, it'll rise even higher with the addition of legalized NFL gambling.

And no, the market is not "broken". Guys are paid what they're worth in free agency and if Dallas thinks he's worth $40 million per, he's worth $40 million per.

Don't think they're that far over the cap as it stands right now with Prescott's deal lowering the first year.
