no surprise when your best defensive player plays out of position and the rest of the defense sucks. Then on offense Mahomes is regressing to the mean like people thought he would.

In 43 years I have seen exactly 7 seasons that I would consider very good-to-excellent—and three of them came in the last 4 years. 93, 95, 97, 03, 18, 19, 20.

Kind of sad if I really sit down and think about it.

Not a Chiefs fan but I watched the game today.

The Chiefs have the worst defense I’ve ever seen. Titans did whatever they wanted whenever they wanted to do it.

As a result, Mahomes is pressing. He knows if he doesn’t score on every possession, he’s just gonna fall farther behind.

I’m not sure it can’t be fixed, though. The Colts won the super bowl in 06 after having the worst defense in the league by far in the regular season. It’s just a matter of getting in the playoffs and getting hot.
