I don't know why we don't see more of those quick hitter type of plays. They did some of them in the first quarter with Tyreek and it was pretty effective. Then started trying to go deep all the time and sure enough the offense started getting bogged down again.

This team uses Demarcus and mecole less and less which I think will lead to less mistakes
The britt Reid thing isn’t over but it seems like the recent settlement is a turning point to getting Andy right

Most of all, This team responds best to adversity. The optimist in me says the shitty month of football will end up being a godsend. Our players are focused again. They have a chip on their shoulder. The whole reason we drafted Clyde over Johnathon Taylor and Swift was because he was the premier pass catching RB coming out that year.

We have waited and waited for that to be in the game plan and it just doesnt happen.

After the Vegas game I had dreams about what Clyde could do with a game like that, just letting him do what Darrel did in that game.

Finally, I thought, this is how we roll teams that choose to play 2 high safeties. Darrel had the game of his career and it was fun to watch but Clyde in that roll is really going to be a game changer for this team.

I thought Clyde looked better in the Cowboys game. Since he's been out the oline has gotten more in sync and the screen game has started to show up. I'm more than willing to see how he fits into a more functional run/screen game before dismissing him as a wasted pick.
