It's just so sickening.

This Bengals team is not better than us. We were absolutely steam rolling them. And then Pat shit the bed. This loss will haunt his legacy for a long time. He choked. And now everyone knows he's no longer invincible in the postseason. No longer immune to epic chokes at home. This loss really feels monumental. I hate that that's the case, but I'm just in shock over what I just saw.

I'm just ****ing sick.

Well, Bengals defeated Chiefs twice this season, Bengals are better than the Chiefs, that are facts

It is very disappointing but failure, eh, it is too tough to go to the Superbowl 3 years in a row so it is not surprising that Chiefs lost

What a dumb thread. The 70s, 80s, 90s and 00's and 10's were disappointing seasons.

Since Mahomes, we only went to 4 straight AFC Championships, 2 Super Bowls, Won 1 and have Mahomes.

I'll take that any day of the week.

People have this fear that were gonna be Green Bay.

I’m happy that we have reached a point where anything but a super bowl victory is considered a failure, but it still hurts. Damn.

I am going to be a bigger asshole & say I'm thankful for the last 4 years! Nana nana boo boo

That point was reached draft day 2017.

I just wish we could lose a playoff game without being embarrassed. Reid has three giant blown leads in the playoffs. Plus that Steelers game where we scored two TDs, they scored zero, and we still lost.

It could have been worse, Chiefs could have went to 4 straight AFC Championship games and not win 1 Superbowl so I am glad Chiefs won the Superbowl 2 years ago

Just RUN the ball 3 times from the 6 yard line at the end of regulation and the season continues. It's that simple. Andy went full Andy...:shake:

Even more surprising that they did not run the ball at the end of regulation. Had they done that, they may have indeed gone to the Super Bowl three years in a row.

The sad synergy is, the more this happens, the more the opposition knows it's always possible, which is often 90% of the battle.

At the moment, the only team with reason to fear the Chiefs in a postseason matchup are the Bills, . . . and they would be operating on rage, not fear.

I wanted another run, but they ran it on 1st and got a yard. 2nd and goal from the 4 is no gimme running it. The key was Pat can't take the sack on second down. That was shocking.

We fought back from adversity and 3-5 record to winning the division and hosting the AFC Championship I'll take that we already won SB LIV I'm still stoked over that and all the come back victories or blowing out the Raiders twice beating the Broncos for the 13th time in a row and division 6 years in a row. Maybe we are just greedy expecting to win the Super Bowl every year but what we get is battles for the next decade against young quarterbacks like Josh Allen and Joe Burrow they will make Patrick raise his game just to beat those guys but right now Joe Burrow is king of the hill. All we can do is come back next year and fight back. This was not a failure of a season but made for great games and we won more than not.

Some No named d-coordinator with a bunch of no named defensive players besides Hendrickson put Clown shoes on the entire KC offense. Coaches and all! Unbelievable. Time to demote Bieniemy since he’s not going anywhere and promote Kafka before we lose him.
