The DL needs more players. The last 2 games out best Player Jones is on the sideline cause he’s gassed.

Veach does not control the coaching staff but we need a fresh voice in there. Reid owns three huge choked leads with different QBs now. Bienemy comes across as a yes man who won't challenge Reid in critical situations. An OC can make a ton of difference to help out his struggling QB.

I don't know why #15 got rattled in the 2nd half but, push come to shove, the D didn't play the 2nd half except for the int. Some fresh blood at safety and CB is a must and an Edge is needed as well. I'm ready to move on from Spags as well. His history is a good D for a couple of years then it tails off. Fangio isn't a bad idea if it could ever happen.

Get rid of Clark, too much money for his production. HB gone also. I'm not sold on brown at LT either, he got worked at LT often and he's wanting the big bucks. Draft a wr to be our #2 or sign juju cheap. Need to rehaul of this defense in many spots

What should Veach accomplish this offseason?

Veach needs to inform Andy of several things.
That on offense they need to not ever let up or feel like they have it in the bag. EB needs to go regardless of whether or not he gets an NFL HC job.
That Spags need to go because he has not learned from his mistakes of when to and not to blitz and lateness of in game and player adjustments.

If we are retooling our defense it's worth considering a change.

Spags scheme needs elite safety play. If we aren't resigning HB we would need to find another guy of his caliber.

That's kind of par for the course when it comes to defensive coordinators, though.

Leslie Frazier had the #1 defense in the NFL. And in one game, some Bills fans wanted his ass fired.

I'm not defending Spags, only saying that we as fans usually want coordinators fired for just about any reason. Many times it's because they're actually bad at their jobs, but sometimes it's just because we're looking for scapegoats. And in this case, it's a, "Ehh... everything else is changing, so you may as well ditch the coordinator, too!"

All the more reason to just RUN the ball 3 times at the end of regulation from the 6. I'm betting they score a TD there and win it in regulation.

Finding a competent pass rush would be a good place to start. Bengals line gave up the 3rd most sacks in the league this year and we mustered 1. Absolutely pathetic. I want some guys who play hard every snap and are consistently a threat. Do we have a guy like that on this roster? Sure don’t. For all the talk about Chris Jones being disruptive he disappears games at a time. Clark sucks. Ingram is old. We need some playmakers on the D line. Let’s fix the D line first.

This teams needs new voices…Bieniemy has ran the course of what he’s getting out of this offense…I’d have no issues if Spags went too.

WTF?? How many sacks did they get on yet another depleted offensive line. It’s a given, when we hear the opposing team has a banged up OL, they’re gonna win every time against our DL.
