100% lol

Though I don't even complain about "bad games" prior to the start. Sometimes the games between shitty teams end up being the most entertaining.

Sorry man, I just don't agree with taking an AFC team over the NFC at all.

We ALWAYS want AFC teams to lose, especially against an NFC team.

No NFC team, not even Brady's, is a real threat to the Chiefs at all.

There's just no reason to root for Baltimore in this, unless you're holding on to some kind of emotional grudge against Brady, which of course is not a good reason to begin with.

Normally I always pick a NFC team over an AFC one. I want GB to beat Buffalo and I always want AFCW teams to lose.

My desire to see the Bucs lose has nothing to do with emotions towards Brady. I just know that he gets calls and if this indeed is his final season I don’t want the playoffs or SB potentially being impacted by that. Look at his last SB, he had a ref in that game that was so enamored with him that she named her son after him.

I have zero doubts KC can and will beat any NFC team in the SB. I just want that SB to be relatively officiated evenly. Not sure that happens if the Bucs make it.

If Baltimore is in any way a factor at the end of the year the Chiefs didn't take care of business. Arguments around here have gotten really weird lately.

Looks like its gonna be a "get shit done 'round the house" Sunday.

PIT/PHI

CHI/DAL
WSH/IND

Gross...

Rationally, we want Baltimore to lose each and every game.

Lets be real. The Ravens might as well be the Cowboys with Romo. Regular season warriors with a QB guaranteed to shit down his leg in the playoffs and lose.

It doesn't really matter. It's all about record at the end of the year.

There's never a reason to root for an AFC team to beat an NFC team. The whole thought process is irrational.

I dunno. I would find it pretty hilarious myself if Brady destroyed his marriage to miss the playoffs, personally.

You're right, but logically, we don't care about NFC teams outside of the ones on our schedule and potentially meeting the last one in the Super Bowl.

For seeding purposes, we always want NFC teams to win over AFC teams.

But I understand the hatred for Tom Brady. I will actually be rooting for a Ravens win for that reason, because I want him to have to force the Ravens into giving him a fully guaranteed contract. One of those lose the battle but win the war things.

Best outcome tonight would probably be a Bucs win in a shootout. Jackson plays well and continues to force their hand but ultimately they come away with a loss so we get some more breathing room for seeding.

Sure, it has comedic value.

But it has no football value at all. None.

You're still in Marty Schottenheimer Because Chiefs mode, and that's ok. That was gone for me the day we were down 24 in the playoffs and came back and kicked their ass and won the SB.

I'm not though. "Because Chiefs" is purely emotional. It's the same thought process that leads to wanting the Bucs to win because Brady might get favorable calls in a Super Bowl matchup that realistically will NEVER happen.

So you disagree that Brady gets calls in big games? One way to ensure the Bucs don’t make the SB is keeping them out of the playoffs and that means they lose as often as possible. I do not feel like Baltimore is a threat.
