That choke job in 98 was terrible. Would have been a great matchup to see that 15-1 Vikings team with Carter, Moss, Jake Reed and Robert Smith go up against the donks. Instead we got to watch a mediocre Falcons team led by Chris Miller get blown out.

that was as bad as the 94 super bowl

should have been 49ers/Steelers

Agreed. Pittsburgh dominated San Diego that whole game except for 2 long passes for TD’s that were both on 4th down, IIRC. Pitt outgained them like 3-1 in total yards and still blew it.

Both teams who would have created an iconic Super Bowl lost their championship games in the 2018 season.

people here talk about the epic collapses of the vikings.

I have a co-worker that was at the 98 game. He said it was dead silent.

The hopes are high here especially after sunday. But fate is not on their side.

The Vikings have the most NFL Films “Missing Rings” episodes.

i actually didn't even know about the 87 collapse until today

after stomping montana, that would have ruined me as a sports fan for awhile

and 2009...if mahomes ever throws a pick of that variety in that situation in an afccg i will just cry myself to sleep

The Brett Farve game was the Bountygate game. Williams is a dirty coach and so was Peyton.

The 9-1 Vikings are 1.5 point dogs...at home...vs Dallas. DALLAS.

Loool

that seems insane. Or at least bordering on wishful.

If MIN can establish their rushing attack, DAL will be in big trouble.

Wait, is this a PT game? Cousins generally goes into the shitter in OT.
