For a concussion, it makes no sense to limit snap counts or "pitch count". If his injury is resulting in additional per play risk, he shouldn't be playing at all. There is no conditioning issue, or still-healing joint, to limit his play like there might be coming back from other injuries. When Mahomes came back from his concussion, they didn't limit him at all.
