I think McDaniels is about a net 0. He came up with some good concepts to get Hill and Waddle singled up and he did basic shit like NOT shit all over his QB, but man he pulled some intergallactially stupid shit in some big games.

Destroying Tua because you don’t recognize concussion symptoms multiple times could also be feeding into this. Also the Dolphins haven’t been relevant since Marino so canning a first year HC makes sense.
