Just because the Angels changed their city name to LA doesn't mean they play in LA or anywhere near it. Nobody in Orange County considers themselves to live in LA and just to drive between the two, given the traffic, is a NIGHTMARE. It's an all day thing.

Orange County (Angel Stadium) is the more affluent, less gang-affiliated, family-friendly baseball stadium. I'm actually an Angel fan, Lew, originally from Mission Viejo. My parents took me to Angel games growing up because it was a fun safe family friendly type of outing. They wouldn't even CONSIDER taking me to a Dodger game because of the high chance of fistfights, gang violence, robbery, etc. associated with that.

You're inappropriately conflating the two my friend.

Definitely looks like Rendon was at least responding to the right heckler. Obviously Rendon needs to be smarter, but the fan did have it coming.

He is not.

The Angels suck and despite two truly generational ballplayers (and a giant payroll) they can't even manage to play .500 ball.

That franchise should be contracted.
