I think we sit put and Q. Johnson falls to us, and Veach only takes him if Mahomes gave him the all clear.

Zay Flowers

Patrick had to win the Super Bowl for them on one leg, basically.
If I had to pick a single direction they go, it would be OT. Harrison or Jones. |
We have more glaring holes this year than we have in a while
|
Broderick Jones is like a top 15 pick some of you guys are on crack.

Anton Harrison.
Chiefs go tackle in the first given the large drop off after the top tier. Address WR in the second. Dell or Rice. |
I think Veach slipped a tad when he mentioned pick 18 as a spot to hypothetically move up to while stating that too much of a move up is gonna cost too much so here goes…
If Lukas Van Ness -or Nolan Smith make it to 18, Veach moves up to get either guy. Van Ness as the top guy with his ability to play edge while sliding inside at attacking guards has to have them salivating as tgat pairs perfectly with Omenihu. If they both go before 18, then I think Veach goes up to early 20s to get Flowers. If Flowers is gone before 20/21 then I think it would be a smart play to move down a few spots into the early 2nd and take FAU. |

I genuinely think Flowers/Johnston are the guys Veach thinks he can go up and get for us for a third rounder and wants Patrick to help make a final informed opinion on either guy. Those throwing sessions happened AFTER those players had their final draft meetings with teams. No info to share with other visits. Flowers is a dependable WR that is smart, understands defenses and has the speed, acceleration and change of direction skills to attack defenses at all 3 levels. Once Pat reported back to Veach his thoughts, I’m sure Veach is eyeing him to be Pats cheap 5 year WR. |
OT ANTON HARRISON, OKLAHOMA

Anton Harrison if he is available.
If he falls and they trade up a few spots, Flowers. |
