So we’re either locked into next Sunday at Buffalo, or will host Texans/Browns winner on Saturday.

Still snowing Monday, but I lighter winds I guess. I'm guessing the Bills lobbied the governor to get involved and have the game moved to take some of the noise out of it from the crazy winds.
