Given the size of the visible universe, it's almost impossible. Not quite, but close.

I don't think it's unlikely that our physics models are incomplete. I think it's highly likely, matter of fact.

Kiimo 06-12-2024 03:15 PM

Considering we don't have a unifying theory I'd say yeah

I can agree with that but we probably know enough. However it is very likely almost to a certainty that aliens exist somewhere in the universe and also very likely they have never visited earth.

Almost the only way aliens could interstellar travel is to be AI. It would be extremely difficult for biological civilizations.

And there's been some interesting alternative theories in recent years too.

I was a big fan of the show back in the day. I'm sure it's aged like milk, especially the SFX, but it was appointment viewing in its time.

I was quite disappointed the reboot only lasted one season.

The study was created to offer an alternate “unconventional” explanation for UAP sightings and to hypothesize what they might mean, and “the possibility that UAP may involve forms of non-human intelligence (NHI) that are already present in Earth’s environment in some sense” that exist “alongside us in distinct stealth”.

IF aliens advanced in tech enough to visit earth, they're probably no longer biological. Why would they send biological beings when they can just send drones?

Which would still mean aliens haven't visited Earth. It would be an incredible turn of events regardless, of course.

Reading the headline I thought this was implying aliens WENT to Harvard. Which would make sense.

This is such old news y’all.
