I hope Pat or Trav offers to pick this up for him. That’s utter bullshit, the guy makes poverty wages for NFL standards. That’s probably 5% of his yearly salary, that’s simply unjustified nonsense.
|
An absolute disgrace. Clark better pay for that.
|
LMAO
What?!!! |
That happens nearly every running play.
Good lord. |
This is absurd. That was the most typical football play I’ve ever watched, absolutely nothing there. Can he appeal?

Can he appeal?

I would have rolled my eyes and been irritated with a $10,000 fine. But, this is absolutely asinine.
|
Roger, was that you? Whoever did this: MEET ME AT THE GEORGE BRETT STATUE TOMORROW AT NOON! WE'RE GOING TO HAVE WORDS, THEN I'M GOING TO GIVE YOU THE WORST WET WILLY YOU'VE EVER HAD.

There was one play that I recall in my years of football that I was fine with offensive player getting fined. It was Kareem hunt using his helmet as a battering ram into a defenders chest. I can understand that because of head and neck issues. This on the other hand didn't even look like he lowered his helmet. Total wtf

****ing stupid
|
I understand why they don't want fines to be based on salary - can you imagine if Mahomes was fined like $5m for this?
But it sure feels like there should be a percent based CAP. It's asinine that they basically rescinded Pop's entire game check for this. |
It seems ridiculously high. Aren't these usually between 10-15k?
I mean this wasn't even malicious or hot-headed, the two players didn't even so much as exchange glances at each other after the play. |
