He has passed Will Shields in Chiefs lore for switching to LT feats.

I would rather Humphries be the LT in the playoffs but....Thuney should go down as one of the better OL to play in KC.

We also need to go ahead and extend him.

Because the interior running game isn’t as good?!

JFC

The run game was struggling long before they moved Thuney to Left Tackle. Seemed like the run game problems started with the Denver game on November 10th. They had just 38 yards on 16 carries by the RB’s in that game.

Moving Thuney to LT permanently for the next couple of seasons makes the cost of resigning Smith and finding another quality LG much easier!

Let's slow that roll there...this is stop gap at best.

I get it and would much much much rather have a quality starting LT and Thuney staying at LG BUT how many years has Veach tried to do this with zero success and actually costing a SB?

None. It's cost them zero Super Bowls.

You literally have one season where the Chiefs didn't have Fisher and didn't win the Super Bowl. And in that year Thuney was in his first year with the Chiefs playing next to Foxtail ****boy

Back to back Super Bowls.
There is empirical evidence you are wrong.

They traded picks for Foxtail. This idea that Veach has done nothing is simply false.

Our line has never looked this bad.

Not for this long anyway.
