The Thunder/Spurs was the exact same way last year before the Thunder reeled off 4 in a row, and the Spurs had a 20 game win streak overall as well. Win 2 at home and the pressure is back on them. Like I said, I thought LA would win all along, but they usually play close games so it wouldn't shock me if the tide turned.

Yeah... it's the 1st round. When literally half the team in the league make the playoffs, the 1st round will suck.

Atleast there are a couple series that are good though, like this GS/DEN series.

Other than a few series (this year it should be LAC/MEM and DEN/GS), the first round is rarely that good. The dominant teams from the regular season tend to dominate. Of course, you get your rare exception like when GState beat Dallas in the 1-8 matchup, but other than that, not so much.

Good move by McHale going small knowing Brooks won't change his lineup regardless. Obviously, they want to draw Ibaka out of the paint. Should have started Ibaka at center and played Jackson, Martin or Liggins instead of Perk. Why change your lineup based on matchups though? That's just silly.
