Brandon Jackson looked FAST on that TD

RNR 01-12-2008 05:28 PM

Man this getting ugly

cdcox 01-12-2008 05:29 PM

You know, what you have to love about Bret Farve is how he is really having fun out there, right now.

Deberg_1990 01-12-2008 05:31 PM

What happened to Joe Seahawk??

Still here.. It's like we have the wrong cleats or something.. the strength of our D is speed and we seem very slow today..

It's not looking good.. Keep battling and we may be able to scratch our way back into this thing..

the Talking Can 01-12-2008 05:41 PM

doh!

you have to catch that!

You can blame the elements on that.

Oh well, at least they are hanging in there.

milkman 01-12-2008 05:44 PM

That pass on the following play after the drop was just moronic.

There isn't any benefit in throwing a pass short of the first down marker in that situation.

Either that or you throw it away..Everyone was covered.. Might as well take the cheap 7 yards to make the field goal closer.. I'm happy Matt isn't forcing the ball, the last thing we need right now is a turnover,,

Time for the defense to finally stop them.. :cuss:

This is the way football should be played. In the weather.

vailpass 01-12-2008 05:48 PM

Two good teams playing good football in a playoff game in the driving snow on the frozen tundra of Lambeau.
I am sporting wood.

doomy3 01-12-2008 05:49 PM

This is football.

I have thought the same thing several times during this game.

Joe Seahawk 01-12-2008 05:51 PM

Our running game is struggling.. Not the kind of weather we want to mount a comeback.. :grr:

It was only supposed to be a 30% chance of snow? :cuss:

cdcox 01-12-2008 05:53 PM

Almost another Favre moment.

mlyonsd 01-12-2008 05:53 PM

That was a BS call.

Agreed.

I vote for the next Superbowl to be held in Green Bay or Foxboro.

Joe Seahawk 01-12-2008 05:56 PM

Congrats to the Packers..

I'm pretty sure holmgren will retire after this debacle.. :shake:

unothadeal 01-12-2008 05:56 PM

Kerney got dominated. He must suck, right GOATSE?

Deberg_1990 01-12-2008 05:57 PM

Ryan Grant is a stud. He came out of nowhere this year.

Incredible.

The Hawks are playing hard in a driving snow at Lambeau. No reason to hang your head.

doomy3 01-12-2008 05:59 PM

I would like Holmgren as a front office guy in charge of football operations.

Sorry man. You've always been a great poster but after going up 14-0 now you know what it's been like being a Chief's fan all these years. It's like now you're one of us.

vailpass 01-12-2008 06:08 PM

Grant with 200+ yards. Pick-up of the year.

cdcox 01-12-2008 06:13 PM

Why?

The Seahawks got to one SB in a weak NFC over 9 years.

They've been inconsistent, and really, overall, only marginally better than the Chiefs.

the Talking Can 01-12-2008 06:17 PM

jesus christ is that guy reeruned?

CATCH THE DAMN BALL YOU COWARD

DaKCMan AP 01-12-2008 06:17 PM

I don't want to settle for "better than what we've got".

That still translates to mediocre.

I want to rise above mediocrity.

We've been mired in mediocrity for to ****ing long.

I want to find someone that can raise this team, this organization, to the elite level.

**** mediocrity.

Coaches, including the HC, OC and DC are like underwear.

When they're shitty you got to change 'em.

QFT. LMAO
Still, I feel like you have to allow a DC time to mold a D in his image, with players that fit his scheme.

I agree with that.

My post really alludes to the fact that our HC and DC are shitty.

Fact is, I would love to give Bates a shot at DC on KC, or even HC, for that matter.

I also have to ask, what is QFT?

Yeah, IMHO Bates is a quality DC. I was pumped to get him and don't feel Shanny gave him the time/players to succeed.

QFT=quoted for truth.
