Fire all offensive position coaches, rid yourself of most of the defensive coaches as well and get to work. I'd like to see us sign no less than 2 or 3 O-lineman in FA because while draft picks are fun, they're a risk, and more often than not, take far too long to develop.

Addressing the offensive line with proven players would really open up the draft for the aforementioned "playmaker". Do I think a Safety should be considered with the #1 overall selection.....wow, that's hard to even type. But, you have to agree that we need to draft the most playmakinist son of a bitch available, in at least two rounds.
