The difference between KnowMo and I is that I don't toot the Chargers horn constantly. I do every once in a while, but I am here for the lulz, not the Sports. |

The Chiefs will finish with a better record than the Broncos, thats all Im sayin.

And I know this might sound stupid, but I've had some great times the last few years with all this winning, and I have memories that I will never forget. We have won 3 playoff games recently, and even though we haven't won it all, I am still happier than I would have been if we missed the playoffs every year. |

Also, I know its the same for most of the guys here, you can tell when people here reminisce about the Early-Mid 90s Chiefs and the 2003 team. |

He's right - the Chiefs only have about 6 or 7 legitimate starters for a championship caliber ballcub (Albert and Waters are at least solid starters and Bowe is a viable #2 for a contender). But the Donks only have 3. And evidently only the Donks are allocated young players, the rest of the league doesn't draft them as well. As such, only Denver is progressing while the rest of the league is just sitting around doing nothing. Right? |

The Broncos have a much better chance of winning the Division than the Chargers do going to the AFC Championship Game. That's a lot to ask. Its not like the Chargers are odds on favorites anymore. I think they were 10th in the last power rankings? Again, I am not the one spewing shit out of my mouth, he is. If he is so sure, he should put himself on the line. |

What will that prove in this case? |

And that isn't even counting guys that could be big parts of our future in the next couple years like Ayers, Tebow, Demaryius Thomas,Darcel McBath, Eric Decker, and Perrish Cox. |

It's official. This is all a game you play to get attention. Because there's no way a person can be this stupid. Y'all should give him the troll treatment - he's just looking for attention, no need to give it to him. |

I've noticed that whoever the Broncos draft, immediately becomes one of the best in the NFL. All other players drafted are just average or worse.

Seriously, if there's a more oft-injured player in this draft class than Moeaki, it's ****ing Eric Decker. |
The Chiefs and Broncos are mediocre. When mediocre teams lose one of their best players, bad things happen.
The Chiefs lost their best pass rusher a few years ago due to Carl being a ****ing idiot. The results were quite ugly. Denver just lost their best Defensive player, and I am prediciting the results could be similar. |
He's a ****in troll guys.
I'm fairly certain it's midnight_vulture being a motorcycle douchebag again. |

The Broncos aren't even that. They are bad. Like bottom 8 bad. |

My hope agrees with you. BUT, until this team proves otherwise, we are still a dogshit 4-12 team. |

And we don't really know much about Moreno, for that matter. We know he's talented, we also known he is a little injury prone. Dawkins is done. Royal? Oh c'mon, he's not even as good as Chambers. Have fun with that flash in the pan as your #1. Williams is a damn corpse - stop ignoring the guy's age. Harris? Can he even walk? Should I start listing guys like Ryan O'Callaghan while I'm here? If you're counting Bannan, I'm counting Dorsey - or we could just acknowledge that they're both mediocre as all hell. Goodman? Pft, we have one of those too, only he's not 32 years old - Brandon Carr; doesn't count anymore than Carr does. If you're claiming Kuper, I'm claiming Lilja - but again, let's just recognize that neither one of them are really that good instead. You have a wildly unrealistic view of what constitutes a championship caliber player. |

Knowshon Moreno is not that good.
He's average at best, and always will be. He was a wasted top 12 pick IMO, when guys like LeSean McCoy, and Shonn Greene were taken at a good spot and have produced well. A guy like Knowshon Moreno will never start on a SB winning team. |

knowmo, i want to know, by position.
where are the broncos more talented at? i dont think youre better at any position than any team in the division. |

August 5, 2010 (AP) PrintRSS Font Size: Share: EmailTwitterFacebook More FarkTechnoratiGoogleLiveMy SpaceNewsvineRedditDeliciousMixx Yahoo NFL sacks king Elvis Dumervil might miss the season with a torn chest muscle. A person familiar with the injury to Dumervil told The Associated Press the Denver Broncos pass rusher has torn his pectoral muscle and could be sidelined up to five months. The person spoke on the condition of anonymity on Thursday because the Broncos have not yet made an announcement. A Broncos spokesman said coach Josh McDaniels was expected to address the issue following Thursday afternoon's workout. ESPN first reported the extent of the injury Thursday. Dumervil was hurt at practice Wednesday night, walking off the field clutching his right arm following a defensive drill. Dumervil led the league with 17 sacks in 2009 and parlayed his breakout season into a five-year, $58.332 million extension last month that included $43.168 million in guarantees, a record for a pass rusher. Without Dumervil, the Broncos lack a bona fide pass rusher. Defensive lineman Darrell Reid had four sacks last year, the most of any other returning Broncos player. But Reid is currently sidelined with a knee ailment and hasn't participated in training camp. The other outside linebackers this season, former first-round picks Robert Ayers and Jarvis Moss, didn't have a sack last year. The Broncos were hoping that new nosetackle Jamal Williams would practice for the first time at camp Thursday. McDaniels hasn't said whether Williams has been held out for injury or conditioning reasons. The 348-pound Williams was brought in to help push the pocket and allow Dumervil to get to the quarterback more often. Now, that plan has to be altered. Training camp has gotten off to a bad start for the Broncos. They lost their top two tailbacks, Correll Buckhalter (back) and Knowshon Moreno (hamstring), on the first day of camp. Inside linebacker D.J. Williams, one of the leaders of the defense, has missed practices for unspecified reasons. * 1 * | 2 |

You take homerism and bring it to a level that makes reading your posts like learning how to speak German. The Broncos are in horrible shape. You can keep ignoring those facts, and the fact your likely best player just went down for the year puts you even that much in the hole. On the bright side, you'll be drafting in the top 3 next year, however, you won't have the balls to take a QB because of your new obsession with TeBlow. |
KnowMo literally owns this board. I've never seen anything quite like it.

Well, this is a season ender unfortunately for him and drops the level of talent on defense considerably right now... not good, not good at all. The defensive front looked much better with the older veterans when Elvis was in the mix. It's hard to find playmakers like that and nearly impossible to replace them at this point.
We'll see what happens... as the world turns. |

The Broncos are an inferior team to the Chiefs...they are going to be a last place team next year... McDaniels will then get to try and Tebow in 2011 and when that fails miserably...you'll get to pimp a new coach all over again! I see Denver winning 8 games...over the next two years. |
Quote:
If SD has to play without those guys I think its really open, more like SD 40% KC 25% OAKLAND 25% DENVER 10% Oakland obviously has more talent than KC, but until one or the actually proves they can win it's even IMO. I hate Denver, but they are not there because of personal feelings.. I just don't see them being very good at all.. and I felt that way even before the injury bug hit them. |

So I'd say that puts us a step ahead of you. Have you added a single contributor to this season? Even if Jesus develops, he's not doing shit in 2010. Likewise with the guy that didn't learn to run routes in high school like the rest of us did. Meanwhile, you traded your 2 best pass catchers and let your D-Coordinator walk. You have unquestionably regressed from where you were when we piss-pounded your sorry asses. Look - the Chiefs suck. They suck long, they suck hard. I recognize this. But for ****'s sake man, look at that pile of smoldering ass you people have assembled in Denver. Open your damn eyes and look at that roster. That team is on par with some of the worst I have ever seen. You'll be lucky to win 4 games. |
Denver is not a 4 win team. You are underestimating players like Brandon Lloyd, Eddie Royal, Jabar Gaffney, and Brandon Stokely. Denver has plenty of solid WR's and I will not be surprised if Orton throws for over 4,000 yards this season.

Oh shit...
I forgot about those receivers. Lloyd, Royal, Gaffney and Stokely! Shit! That's a 15 win team right there...how did they manage to get 4 #1 caliber receivers all on the same roster?! Daaaaaamn! |
Quote:

San Diego experienced some addition by subtraction if you ask me...
They don't have to worry about the drama with LT as the icon and feeding his ego...and now they can just let Rivers run the show all the while probably improving their ground game with some fresh 1st round meat... I think Rivers has a HUGE year and they win 12-14 games. I think the Raiders are being vastly overrated. SD: 13-3 KC: 8-8 OAK: 6-10 DEN: 4-12 |

San Diego is taking the division because they have teh best quarterback its not even close.

Shit...even Royal is 'blah'...but I'll give him some credit for at least having upside. The other three are ****ing camp fodder on most every other NFL team...yet somehow you have KnowMo pimping those guys like they are "studs"... Hahahaha... God damn they make D-Bowe and Chambers look like top tier starting caliber receivers... I'd take McCluster over any of those four any day without thinking twice (same with Bowe, obviously)... I'd say Chambers and Royal is a push, though...so you got that going for you... I mean... Offensively...(this is sad for you guys, by the way)... Offensively...the Chiefs are SO MUCH MORE TALENTED than Denver it isn't even funny...so that's just hilarious. |
