We need to play like the good 60% team instead of the bad 40% team. |

I'm saying if our Offense only scores 13 or 10, we lose. But hey, that's why they play. Here's hoping we drop 40 and shut em out! |
Wow...So I have been away from the computer all day...

FYI - Gretz update:
WR Dwayne Bowe was back, LG Brian Waters was still gone and now missing was WR Quinten Lawrence. That was the roll call for Thursday’s practice, as head coach Todd Haley had his team working outside in the remarkably balmy 40 degree temperatures. Bowe and Waters were not at Wednesday’s practice because of what Haley said was illness. The wide receiver was back, and appeared to be taking full participation in the workout during the open to the media portion of practice. Waters was not on the field with the offensive linemen. Jon Asamoah was working in Waters’ spot. Lawrence was not part of the wide receivers drills and warm up and was not seen on the field. The NFL announced on Thursday that S Eric Berry has been named the NFL Defensive Rookie of the Month for December/January. Berry had 39 tackles (27 solo), eight passes defensed, two INTs with one TD and five special teams tackles in December and January. He registered his initial NFL score on a 54-yard interception return TD in a 31-14 victory vs. Tennessee. An update is coming on all injuries and participation after practice. |

Remember when JC was asking for a trade after a few games this season? |
I read somewhere that Bowe had a stinger near the end of the game, but didn't hear anything about an ankle until someone here said Nick reported it after the game.

Ravens Update:
January 6, 2011 Ravens on the mend The Ravens appear to be taking small steps towards getting healthier for Sunday’s AFC Wildcard game against the Kansas City Chiefs. Free safety Ed Reed and center Matt Birk returned to practice Thursday after sitting out Wednesday’s session. Reed injured his ribs while returning his second interception in last Sunday’s 13-7 win against the Cincinnati Bengals, while Birk is dealing with a sore knee. However, defensive tackle Haloti Ngata and outside linebacker Terrell Suggs were not present during the portion of practice open to the media. Ngata (thigh) and Suggs (knee) missed Wednesday’s session. Linebackers Jameel McClain (back), Tavares Gooden (shoulder) and Dannell Ellerbe (head), cornerback Josh Wilson (head) and free safety Tom Zbikowski (bulging disk in back) were present. All five players were limited Wednesday. Wide receivers Derrick Mason (ankle) and David Reed (torn ligament in left wrist) and left tackle Michael Oher (sprained right knee/ankle) also participated after practicing fully Wednesday. http://weblogs.baltimoresun.com/spor...he_mend_1.html |

"Jon Asamoah was working in Waters’ spot."
Id rather have seen Lilja moved to LG and have Asamoah start at RG, but this makes me a happy panda. It will be interesting to see how he does against some premier talent in a game that that defense will surely be highly motivated. |
Waters was seen at practice today.
Ngata and Suggs did not practice for the Ravens, Reed is limited. http://chiefsblog.kansascity.com/?q=node/1640 http://www.nfl.com/news/story/09000d...e=HP_headlines |
So Ngata and Suggs have been out all week and are going to play?
Run right at Suggs. |
I just saw on Sportscenter that Suggs is questionable with his ankle injury.
What is wrong with Ngata? |

I hope you are right, though! |
