Yup, took a great throw.

jfc, perez, really???

Al Bundy 06-09-2015 07:40 PM

We had this loser on the ropes.. and we let him off.. and lol at Sal.

duncan_idaho 06-09-2015 07:40 PM

Well, that sucks...

Getting a first-hand view of some of the fluky bullshit that has been carrying the Twins this year.

A poor throw had Morales... a good throw had him gunned by 5-7 steps.

Three7s 06-09-2015 07:41 PM

Salvy's never seen a pitch he didn't like.

eDave 06-09-2015 07:41 PM

We're pushing busting it open.

mr. tegu 06-09-2015 07:41 PM

I hate that when a pitcher finally gives up a no hitter things really unravel fast. Young will just have to get the no hitter to ensure this win.

This team has stopped being fun to watch. 10 baserunners in 5 innings, and we've got 1 run to show for it.

Sal has never seen a pair of balls he couldn't lay off.

Al Bundy 06-09-2015 07:43 PM

Horrific base running has taken us out of big innings..

I'm glad Salvy's such a good defensive catcher because he drives me nuts at the plate.

Been on 2 chases this year. We saw a small cone tornado 1 mile west of farley KS (10-15 minutes West of 35 Loop in Wichita). The other was in Lamar Colorado and that was brief. Still perfect on my chase days. Have always seen something.

It will be interesting to see how this upper ridge sets up over the next 3-4 weeks. A few of the models were showing the potential for a summer like the one we received during the 93 flood.

alnorth 06-09-2015 07:44 PM

Some people just expect them to go 162-zip. If the Royals win, eh, no big deal you were supposed to win. If they lose or do something bad, freakout.

You're so incredibly incorrect, it isn't funny.

If that throw is up the line or even to the first base side of the plate, Morales is safe.

It took an Alex Gordon-level throw to get him. Sometimes, you have to tip your cap to the defense.

I'm trying to figure out how on earth he thinks sending Morales was a bad decision. EVERY third base coach sends there, and it was a perfect throw.

DON'T PREDICT THAT. I live a mile from the Rulo NE bridge

Great Expectations 06-09-2015 07:47 PM

This would b a lot less stressful at 3-0.

Tons of moisture coming up out of the gulf here in Phoenix this summer.

He's a dumbass who will naysay anything that doesn't work. We're the best team in the AL giving a pitching clinic today (and winning), but some people just hate to be happy.

Oh it says Wichita in your avatar? Yea, Tulsa. That place has the AIDS. Not sure the MLB package is within your monetary range but it's crystal clear streaming that doesn't buffer. I'm no help on other streams. Sorry.

HDH?

Hog's Gone Fishin 06-09-2015 07:53 PM

Do he got a no hitter in the works ?

duncan_idaho 06-09-2015 07:53 PM

Need to be ready with the hook next inning as he goes through the middle of that lineup for the third time.

Getting past Hunter there was huge.

We need to score and build some insurance, because no way do we pull him with that pitchcount and a no-hitter in the works, even if it seems very unlikely.

Uhh, no. I don't even care if we lose, you don't take away a shot at a no-no. IF he gives up a hit, then sure take him out. If he gives up a walk and a homer, then so be it.

C3HIEF3S 06-09-2015 07:56 PM

HAVE to get some insurance. At least so that if Young does implode, we have something to fall back on.

Omar, why are you still here?
