Bad deal no matter what but Mr Hunt did the right thing. This team has the tools without all the negative signals keeping the guy around. Hope he gets his life in order and grows to be a man with some values .
The Chiefs will do great. |
**** this.

If you think that was "beating a woman", you could never be a fair judge of facts or an honest reporter. That was so far from a beating it wasn't even close. :shake: |

This reminds me of DT. The way I feel right now is strikingly similar - depressed, dejected, helplessly watching shitty events unfold. Obviously the circumstances are different, but in the end, once again an off-field act of youthful stupidity cost us one of our best players. At least Hunt's not dead. But we may wish he was when he's gashing our defense as a Raider next year. This morning, we had Hunt. Now he's gone. ****. :sulk: |

I think Kareem got railroaded on this. I hope he goes on and has a great career. |

Political correctness claims yet another victim.
The super feeling and sky high hopes for this team just rapidly deflated like a large balloon quicker than Kareem got cut. Overreaction and cutting NOT justified. |
It was that stupid little baby kick. ****ing moron. Probably gonna cost him something like $50M and might cost us a shot at the superbowl.

On one hand, I'd totally believe that the NFL and the Chiefs knew of the extent of the incident and hoped it would blow over.
On the other hand, I can totally see the extent of the NFL's investigation being just questioning Hunt and going with that. Good god what a shitshow of idiocy. Everyone involved is a complete dumbass. |

I do as well. That ideology is what makes these skanks think they can put their hands on men and not face any consequences. Then, when a man actually defends himself against their attacks, everyone who sees it immediately sides with the **** because women are apparently these fragile little creatures who are too precious for this world. |
Can't wait until it comes out that Hos, Moose, and Salvy all corked their bats in the 05 WS and that Mahomes is a pedophile.....
Eternally ****ing cursed.... |
Lets start scouting running backs for the draft

Another person who reads my post and has no reading comprehension. I said it is an overreaction and that is exactly what it is. Not once do I say he deserves a free pass. The police let him go and they arrest men for the slightest assault against a woman. The police had this video yet didn't come arrest him. What does that tell you? |
All these idiots defending this, riddle me this.... if it was Mahomes you’d feel same way huh?
That’s what I thought, no one is defending his actions. But you punish people.... YOU DONT ****ING HAND THEM TO AFC OPPONENTS! Jesus just think if Kareem’s goes to the following teams and makes our lives hell for years (PST we just have a guy who is hard to tackle to) -Colts -Texans -Chargers -Raiders I mean really |

lmao a lot of throbbing vaginas over a runningback

Saw the video. RIP dude.

I will just say I go along with what Rainman said earlier about this being a dumb and rash move and will follow that up by sying if the Chiefs hadnt seen that video before todat thats incredibly ****ing dumb as well.
If Hunt lied to Clark's face about this he is also incredibly dumb and I can understand why Clark would have said **** that guy. **** this whole ****ing thing. Spencer Ware step up. |

You realize that every sport has players that have been actually arrested for domestic violence right? People get 2nd chances and this is the most worthy of a 2nd chance one should ever get. The man shoved a drunk racist. |

I'm surprised but not shocked. The chiefs were in a tough spot. The team is on a legitimate super bowl run. Without him it is going to be tougher but having him on the team moving forward was going to be a major distraction and a source of unending negative attention.
I am very down about it because I liked Hunt and it was very disappointing, but even more so because this season is never going to be the same. The last thing I wanted was for this to be the focus of any discussion involving the chiefs for the rest of the season. Frankly, the chiefs were damned if they do and damned if the don't. At least this way they won't have to deal with the distraction and the negativity while trying to win a championship. Still, it really sucks, though. Hunt was a special talent and I think a fundamentally decent person who behaved very badly. |

The Chiefs put out multi paragraph press releases when they cut the five thousandth pick of the draft from saint marys school of the blind but three sentences on Kareem. Pure CYA. Rain Man and Blowfish win this entire thread. |

Reality is the league told Clark that Hunt was suspended for the season and Clark decided to give Kareem the axe
The fact that Kareem won’t start in the playoffs isn’t Clark’s fault, it’s the NFL. Clark weighed cost/benefits of keeping Kareem on roster to return in 2019 and Clark just said “f*** it” and cut him |

Do what he did this Saturday and then see if you have a job Monday. I am not angry at anyone in the Chiefs organization, Hunt on the other hand... WTF dude. WTF. Some 19 year old Ohio girl, no matter what she said, you are a jackass.

Ian Rapoport just said on NFLN that teams are very bullish on Hunt and he would not be shocked at all Hunt isn’t claimed.
Wow it sounds like Kareem’s career is in legit jeopardy. |

Khunt's 'she called me the n-word' isn't going to wash with Chunt. I'm almost laughing at Khunt's ****ing utter stupidity, from top to bottom. She called you the n-word? WHO GIVES A ****!? Was your reaction worth throwing your career away over? "Juss keeping it real, dawg"? You ALWAYS have a choice to walk away. "But she called me the n-word, dawg." And you excercised your physical dominance over a drunken 19 year old girl. Good for you, Kareem. Hope it was worth your ****ing career. |

I don't (nor will I ever) tweet, but I am curious - have any of our players reacted to this publicly yet?
