How anyone could be ok bringing on another known abuser is baffling. I see zero chance we do that. You don't get rid of Hunt and discuss dealing Hill only to bring on this guy who seems like a real piece of work even aside from the abuse issues. Being way to expensive and to much compensation makes this deal off the table that much more.

Man, Peterson would be SO ****ing solid as a player and leader for our defense. He's a class act and worthy of a long-term contract. I ****ing HATE that Arizona is all but holding him hostage down there on that WASTE of a team.

Pretty much my stance. I don't know about you, but I feel like I've given Veach a LOT of support( some of which was probably not deserved )in hopes that he would get better at his job, even out on the highs and lows, and develop the kind of strong, steady management that this team needs.

I've got a couple of friends going apeshit over this trade as if it's the best thing the team has done. I'm just sitting here shaking my head, not saying a damn thing while they text away about.

I'm so damned tired of the chiefs giving up multiple picks to obtain players while basically giving away our players. It's not that I didn't agree with cutting ties with most of them, but the value we got in return was garbage.
