Chiefs gonna beat the **** out of Houston. They gonna win 40-21.

When Houston come to KC, they gonna be the ones saying “Houston we have a problem.” Hahahahaha

Texans are not shitty. This will be a tough game.

But the Chiefs are the better team and should prevail.

**** you are a loser.

Why is it hard to believe that this will be a close game? Chiefs lost by 7 at home to them already this season.

You were the one bleeding from your vagina recently, crying about how the Chiefs will not win it all this year and that you’ve been burned too many times and blah blah blah.

You’re talking out of your ass. I never said I was certain the Chiefs would lose . I knew they’d beat the Broncos that night. That wasn’t the point. Look back through the thread. The point was I was tired of Mahomes getting injured/re-injured along with everybody else. I thought it would cost us a bye, but for once we had a little bit of luck.

I’ve always believed in Andy/Mahomes/Spags and everybody else, but the truth is you usually need a little bit of luck to win it all. The Chiefs have never had that kind of luck and I’m still not certain they will, but I obviously like our chances more with a bye.

In other words, go **** yourself you miserable ****.

MVChiefFan 01-05-2020 01:13 AM

The only reason I’m nervous about losing is because we haven’t been to a Super Bowl in my lifetime. I think we’re better than every other team in the league, including Baltimore. The only way we lose is by beating ourselves and/or some BS calls by some horrible officials.

I won’t be shocked if we win it all. But, that doesn’t mean I’m not gonna be an emotional wreck the entire time. Lol

This should be a fairly easy game, Texans don't really know how to win in the playoffs. They basically won today by default because the Bills were more adept at pissing down their legs.

The previous matchup was a classic “keep it close to maintain the TV audience” game. You won’t convince me otherwise. As soon as we got a 17-3 lead, a flurry of questionable penalties got them back in the game.

One thing to remember is it's real tough to beat a team twice in one season. Yes the Chiefs have owned the west for the last 4 years but that's divisional. That angle is in the Chief's favor for this game and I expect AR, with a fairly healthy squad, coming off a bye will take care of business.

I know all about Andy off a bye in the regular season, but how does that factor in for post season when he doesn’t know who he is preparing for? Does he spend the week analyzing and game planning for each of the three? Give a little more weight to who he thinks is coming? Or is it all just about planning what he wants to do regardless of opponent?

I’m sure he’s done prep work for all 3 teams. I would think it’s divided up based on his own subjective probabilities of whom he thinks we’ll play (for me
it would’ve entailed 50 HOU, 30 NE, 20 BUF) combined with his familiarity (or lack thereof) with each of the teams (60 BUF, 30 HOU, 10 NE).

Makes sense. Agree on the familiarity part. I’m sure he has stuff prepped already in his bag for both New England and the actual opponent, Houston. He’s gonna take them to the woodshed again.

Houston tried really hard to give the game to Buffalo.

At home.

now they're going to come to Arrowhead and suddenly play lights out?

O'Brien is a shit coach.

They feature a RB we sent packing in camp. You know, because our running backs were so elite.

If Josh Allen doesn't freak out like a 12 year old playing Madden in the fourth quarter, the Bills win.

Anything can happen of course, but I do not believe this Houston team is an equal in talent at any level, not least of which is coaching.

Reid >>>>>>>>O'Brien.
Mahomes>>Watson.
Chiefs offense > Houston's offense
Chiefs defense > Houston's defense
Chiefs special teams > Houston's special teams

We should win this game. The only reason anyone would think otherwise is battered fan syndrome. But THIS team is different. THIS year is different.

IT'S TIME TO BELIEVE.

pugsnotdrugs19 01-05-2020 08:50 AM

I just wanna say, I am so glad that it is the Texans we get coming back to Arrowhead. True, and somewhere along the line they have gotten the reputation as being inconsistent. However, they've been pretty consistent all season in that their pattern has been win 2 lose 1.Well they've won 1,... so KC needs to end the pattern..

KINGPIN CHIEFS FAN 01-05-2020 09:24 AM

As long as Andy doesn't take his foot off the gas like he always does we will win this game handily. If he tries to get cute once we get up by 2 scores then Pat will have to take over the controls and tell Andy that he will take care of things for the rest of the season.

Sure-Oz 01-05-2020 09:30 AM

@RapSheet: Help is on the way for playoff teams next week:
— The #Texans are expecting to have WR Will Fuller (groin) active vs. the #Chiefs, barring a setback.
— The #49ers are expecting to have pass-rusher Dee Ford (hamstring) for the divisional game. He’s been limited or out for a month.

Chiefs Pantalones 01-05-2020 09:53 AM

Fuller is expected back. How the Chiefs cover for the absence of Thornhill is gonna be big.

Red Dawg 01-05-2020 09:55 AM

This will be a tough one. Real test of how far we've come or how far we have to go. Defense will have to be hitting hard and not missing assignments all game.

Yeah....not taking them lightly but the last game means little. Hyde isn’t running wild this time and they’re not holding our offense to 24.

I’m startled by the lack of confidence by some in this thread. This is a team that scored fewer points than they allowed. They let the Bills take them to overtime. They are a dome team coming into Arrowhead in January against a rested team with a better coach, better personnel and huge momentum.

JimNasium 01-05-2020 10:12 AM

Clark, Jones, and Suggs. Key to the game.

Pablo 01-05-2020 10:24 AM

I'm just not worried about this game at all. We are healthy and we are clicking. There are a couple teams that might be able to slow us down, but Houston ain't one of them.

They beat a Chiefs team decimated by injury with a hobbled quarterback. This is a different team and you are a total dumbass.

I'm just not worried about this game at all. We are healthy and we are clicking. There are a couple teams that might be able to slow us down, but Houston ain't one of them.

Yip

-No Fisher, Cam Erving played left tackle.
-Tyreek played 50% of snaps coming back from injury.
-No Pennel.
-No Saunders.
-Clark couldn't feel his hands.
-Mahomes still hobbled with the ankle.

The defense was still figuring out their responsibilities and wasn't very good.

Hardman was still learning offense.

Don’t forget, Mikulik is a total dumbass.

Did you see how bad their defense is??

LOLOLOLOLOL

This has 400 yards, 4 TD's, 40 point ass whooping written all over it.

Mikulik 01-05-2020 10:35 AM

What?

If I recall, a lot of folks were also worried about the Indy game last year in the Divisional and look how that ended.

Mikulik 01-05-2020 10:38 AM

Yes, you played all the tough teams in your division. Lol We'll see what really happens when you play some good offensive teams

Hog's Gone Fishin 01-05-2020 10:38 AM

Last 5 games Texans have averaged scoring 22.6 and giving up 25.2 3-2

Last 5 games Chiefs have averaged scoring 28.6 and giving up 10.4 5-0

We'll just score more than them? Seems simple enough.

comochiefsfan 01-05-2020 10:39 AM

Thornhill out is a big blow. Especially with Fuller coming back.

Which part did you not understand? The part where we pointed out that your take was a steaming pile of dung or the part that labels you as a dumbass?

Mahomes is too damn PC to say it, but losing to Watson at home pissed him off. No way it’s happening again with a healthy offense and revamped D, on a far more important stage.

Mikulik 01-05-2020 10:42 AM

But maybe the Texans are a better team DUMB ASS

carcosa 01-05-2020 10:42 AM

Anyone who's even slightly worried about this game is a COWARD!!!!!
