Happy to take Devin White off their hands to play next to Gay and Bolton if they want to have a fire sale this offseaaon.

Brady needed incredible luck, consistently great defenses/coaching, huge officiating advantages, and he had to play to his mid-40s to pull it off. |

Imagine if Rodgers and Watson both play in the AFC next year. The conferences will be more imbalanced than in the 80s/90s.

The worst part about him retiring right now is that the Chiefs/Bills replay is supposed to be on NFLN and now it's all Tom ****ing cheating Brady

Ah great now there's a report saying he called the Tampa GM saying he hasn't decided and ESPN is wrong.. he'll also be out of the country for the next week so nothing's happening.

Back then I was glad it happened to the Raiders but now I just can't get over the "tuck rule" that was a fumble and Raiders got screwed. I never mind Raiders getting screwed but Brady would not have gone on to the Super Bowl in that game. Fortunately the Raiders did not but still his legacy is full of cheating and bending rules or refs catering him or his crying throwing fits on the sidelines. That's what I'll remember him for.
<img src="https://cdn10.bostonmagazine.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/829099266.gif" alt="Why Won&#39;t Anybody High-Five Tom Brady?"/> his teammates didn't even like him <img src="https://i.pinimg.com/originals/48/46/6b/48466bb3bc0d482b833e5634a15586b8.gif" alt="Tom Brady was denied a high five by his own receiver | Tom brady, Nfl funny, Football team names"/> |

Screw that cheater. Everyone will be glad when he's gone and and we never have to hear that tainted name again.

Cock sucker has to take away from the rest of the playoffs.

See what I mean? This is why I say I'll believe it when I see it with this asshole. Nothing matters until next fall. |

Big Ben also announced his retirement soon after his loss. That’s just what happens with retirements. Stop being so salty, his name brings this type of traffic and Big Ben was also on the front page of the nfl website during his announcement and playoffs |

He’s done.
He just wants to create some drama for the next 3 weeks before he makes it official. |
So now all the speculation will take center stage during our game. If dude is out of the country, maybe he should either tweet or post it’s true or not. But he won’t because he loves the attention.
|
Adam looks like an idiot. They all look like idiots. Like I said earlier. When a season starts and he's not on a team it's over. Until then it isn't. I still think he probably is but he won't say until after the SB.
|
Quote:
He’s not gonna say it’s not true even if he’s 99% sure he’s playing next season because that would be stupid as hell. If he did that, you’d be calling him an ultimate attention whore if he changed his mind on whatever decision he tweets out, so I don’t find it weird at all that he isn’t gonna tweet something if he has even an ounce of doubt whichever way that doubt is leaning |
Tom Brady deserves serious respect and his play made him the GOAT. However I have always wondered how many little, but improper, issues aided his greatness. For example-under inflated footballs and Patriots spying on opponents.

Of course he does it like this. Now the whole week leading up to the super bowl will be about him retiring or coming back. Seriously, **** pedo tom.

Look, does anybody think Adam Schefter reported that Brady was retiring without hearing it from multiple reliable sources?
Brady let this leak, and now he’s pretending like it’s a premature announcement to make the next few weeks ALL about HIM. |

I'm going back to the Brittany thread.
|
Quote:
This opens the door for Rodgers to TB, if he decides to leave GB. If you’re Rodgers, would you rather go to the TB offense, which when healthy, has established star skill players and a good O-Line. Not to mention a QB weak NFC and an easily winnable NFC South. I mean that’s a much more attractive situation than going to Denver and playing behind a porous O-Line, inexperienced skill players, a division with Mahomes and Herbert in it and a MUCH stronger QB conference than the NFC. I don’t know if Rodgers could put up with Arians, though. That’d be the only question. Outside of that, TB would be a perfect fit for him. |

He pulled this same type of drama in leaving New England. He’s an off-season drama queen just like LeBron and Brett Favre. We can throw Michael Jordan into that group as well. I won’t believe Brady is retired until he goes 5 years without playing.
|
Nevermind.
Apparently Tom Brady isn’t retiring anymore. I withdraw my Aaron Rodgers diatribe. |
what is this maybe stuff?
|
Looks like he’s backing out.
|
please delete thread
don't even talk about this guy |
being a bitch until the very end

NFL network still running it at the bottom of the screen.

The uncomfortable realization of a refusing to retire Tom Brady.
|
Yeah, Brady is very much going to ruin this year's SB with this bullshit.
|
Well, congratulations Tom.
You still found a way to make this Championship weekend all about YOU even though your team lost. Truly top notch work. Kudos. |
Why doesn't Brady just tweet out the story is not true and he hasn't made a decision yet?

And even more so, if there’s even a %1 chance he is thinking of retiring, then he shouldn’t say a damn thing, because people like you would bitch and complain 10x more if he announced it wasn’t true and then announced retirement at a later date. His agent said to everyone shut the **** up, no decision has been made. What more do you want lol |
How dare anybody talk about a Super Bowl if he's not playing in it.
I don't want to hear anybody ever excuse his iPad-throwing kid-****ing ways as "competition fuel" the way Michael Jordan justified being an asshole. This isn't competition fuel. He's not playing. He got knocked out of the playoffs. This is a childish tantrum he's throwing. |
I hope he gets roasted all over the internet for this bullshit.

Uhhh, so what you’re saying is one of these people close to brady told Schefter, Schefter reported it, they backtracked on it and now Schefter is just sitting on his hands while everyone looks at him as an idiot for reporting a non true story? Got it, nice to know that’s where your brain has brought you to. |
Big media blunder. Gigantic. Its like reporting Jordan's death or something but then he's seen walking around.

Matt Ryan got 10 roughing the passer calls for 2021, Tom Brady got 1. 2020 Pittsburgh got 19 DPI and Miami also got 19. 1 shy away from the previous “record” of 20 lol….. so nothing crazy about breaking 20 when these two teams damn near did it. Not to mention you had Brady throwing the ball to gronk, AB, Godwin, and mike evans. If mahomes had that amount of weapons, he’d break that record as well. Defenders would be holding like crazy. My point is, You’re reaching here. |
