Happy to take Devin White off their hands to play next to Gay and Bolton if they want to have a fire sale this offseaaon.

I think 4 is a realistic goal. But that's still a far cry from 7.

Brady needed incredible luck, consistently great defenses/coaching, huge officiating advantages, and he had to play to his mid-40s to pull it off.

His accomplishments will soon be demolished by the true GOAT of the NFL – Patrick Lavon Mahomes II.

Patrick will have to have more Superbowl titles than Brady to do it but the important thing is that Patrick needs to stay healthy or Brady's accomplishments is not going to be demolished

Imagine if Rodgers and Watson both play in the AFC next year. The conferences will be more imbalanced than in the 80s/90s.

The worst part about him retiring right now is that the Chiefs/Bills replay is supposed to be on NFLN and now it's all Tom ****ing cheating Brady

Back then I was glad it happened to the Raiders but now I just can't get over the "tuck rule" that was a fumble and Raiders got screwed. I never mind Raiders getting screwed but Brady would not have gone on to the Super Bowl in that game. Fortunately the Raiders did not but still his legacy is full of cheating and bending rules or refs catering him or his crying throwing fits on the sidelines. That's what I'll remember him for.

He already stated this last season that he wants to go out winning a super bowl and that he was unsure if that would be this year.

He’s not gonna say it’s not true even if he’s 99% sure he’s playing next season because that would be stupid as hell.

If he did that, you’d be calling him an ultimate attention whore if he changed his mind on whatever decision he tweets out, so I don’t find it weird at all that he isn’t gonna tweet something if he has even an ounce of doubt whichever way that doubt is leaning

64 Chief 01-29-2022 03:32 PM

Tom Brady deserves serious respect and his play made him the GOAT. However I have always wondered how many little, but improper, issues aided his greatness. For example-under inflated footballs and Patriots spying on opponents.

I was thinking the same thing.

This opens the door for Rodgers to TB, if he decides to leave GB.

If you’re Rodgers, would you rather go to the TB offense, which when healthy, has established star skill players and a good O-Line. Not to mention a QB weak NFC and an easily winnable NFC South.

I mean that’s a much more attractive situation than going to Denver and playing behind a porous O-Line, inexperienced skill players, a division with Mahomes and Herbert in it and a MUCH stronger QB conference than the NFC.

I don’t know if Rodgers could put up with Arians, though. That’d be the only question. Outside of that, TB would be a perfect fit for him.

He broke the DPI record last year with 27...it was 20 before. Chiefs had 4 in 2021. That's like obliterating the rushing record with 2500 yards...unprecedented greatness. *cough*

You know damn well that's exactly what took place. There is no source because that's how Brady planned it. He leaked it to a guy who sent it to a guy who got it buzzing among the team which caused Schefter to come snooping, and then got the tip and sent it out.

Adam Schefter didn't need to be the first one to break this. He wasn't desperate. It's rare for him to make mistakes like this.

Adam Schefter didn't need to be the first one to break this. He wasn't desperate. It's rare for him to make mistakes like this.

So pretty much everyone close to Brady says it’s not true or at least haven’t heard anything, and you say “that can’t be possible” “Schefter doesn’t make mistakes like this”

Uhhh, so what you’re saying is one of these people close to brady told Schefter, Schefter reported it, they backtracked on it and now Schefter is just sitting on his hands while everyone looks at him as an idiot for reporting a non true story? Got it, nice to know that’s where your brain has brought you to.

Big media blunder. Gigantic. Its like reporting Jordan's death or something but then he's seen walking around.

Retired or not. Love him or hate him, he deserves to be the one to announce it. This trash that someone had to scoop makes me lose even more respect for those "journalists"

Having respect for any journalist is a fail.

True But in 2021 they only got 12

Matt Ryan got 10 roughing the passer calls for 2021, Tom Brady got 1.

2020 Pittsburgh got 19 DPI and Miami also got 19. 1 shy away from the previous “record” of 20 lol….. so nothing crazy about breaking 20 when these two teams damn near did it.

Not to mention you had Brady throwing the ball to gronk, AB, Godwin, and mike evans. If mahomes had that amount of weapons, he’d break that record as well. Defenders would be holding like crazy.

My point is, You’re reaching here.
