Damn. The team/community of Buffalo has threatened to murder Taylor Swift. Time for some payback.

Megatron96 11-11-2024 06:57 PM

Amazing how lucky we've gotten with opposing team injuries. Amari, Coleman both out, Kincaid questionable and not likely to play. Milano still on IR. Don't see how we don't beat Josh Allen and the JV squad.

Just chalk another W.

Odd, considering they rested their starters in the last game of the season (and still won of course)... that team was also 6-10 the previous season and hadn't really done much for a while, so they weren't nearly as experienced in huge games and pressure situations.

Just chalk another W.

Especially with this run defense. They won’t be able to lean into the run with their backs to open up the pass.

It felt like Estime had a big day on the ground, but he only finished with 53 yards on 14 attempts (3.8 avg).

Bucky Irving only finished with 24 yards on 7 attempts.

If the Chiefs lose, it’s turnovers, throwing to the backs, and Josh Allen going crazy.

Juju would be really nice to have. Buffalo is gonna run their zone defense bullshit and I just don’t know how you get away with that if it’s Kelce, JuJu, and Hopkins.

This is one of the losses I had marked at the beginning of the season for the simple fact that it looks like we close the playbook and lock it up tight against the Bills to not put anything on tape.

I'll take the L now for the win later, but hey both would be nice!

His best receivers, and the biggest ones, won't be available. If Kincaid doesn't play, he's down to Shakir and a couple smallish very average guys like Samuel, and who? Cook, I guess. And you know SPags will take away Cook on the ground.

So Josh's most dangerous weapon will be his legs. Pretty sure Spags can deal with RB Josh.

I mean, I hope BUF's remaining receivers will rise up and play at a higher level, just to make it interesting. Just not betting on it.

For the duration of this dynasty, this is a Chiefs loss. This year feels weirdly different. I kinda think we win this. This team is not a consistent product, but they seem to be more locked in than any year past.

Tampa and that turd Faker took us to OT with no WR and a bad defense. Please don't make me defend the Bills in my quest to STOP people from acting like every game is an easy win...especially when we resort to blocking a FG to beat a dogshit Bronco team and get taken to OT by a bad Bucs team

Just chalk another W.

Considering they've managed to make no-name TEs look like prime Kelce all year, I wouldn't chalk up anything.

Besides, the bigger worry is their DL vs KC's tackles.

The Bills are not the Broncos, they do not apply the heat Denver does. But they'll still give Wanya a tough game and pressure Mahomes a moderate amount. But this isn't the Denver game where Mahomes has no pocket all game.

The biggest worry is our passrush vs. their offensive line. Josh Allen is the least sacked QB in the league this year.

Well, one of those TEs probably isn't going to play, I think. And covering the remaining TE(s) will be a lot easier if there's no Amari or Coleman to worry about.

My one worry, which it seems coincides with yours, is their EDGEs. They will be able to rush the passer against our OTs most likely.

And I'm not saying it will be easy. I expect yet another grind-it-out, sloppy, low-scoring game. But I believe that across the board our coaching is just that much better, and when it comes down to the last drive or two, our superiority with situational football will make all the difference.

But you resort to calling the Broncos dogshit? Look, I hate Denver as much as any Chiefs fan, but let's be honest, they are not dogshit. Payton actually has them playing well.

If we can run the ball better, that should help. Against Denver, we had no pass protection and couldn't run the ball. That made it a double challenge. We ran well against Buffalo last year but in fairness they had multiple defensive injuries going into that playoff game.

suzzer99 11-12-2024 02:23 PM

Looking at the Bills' schedule so far, I'm not as scared of them. They've played 3 good teams (AZ, HOU, BAL). They barely beat AZ, lost a close one to HOU and got blown out by BAL.

Kind of annoying they don't have to play CINCY or PITT at all.

Yep. The Chiefs players know all that. They will be up for this game, unlike many other games this year. I don't expect any letdown game or sleepwalking. Not playing down to the competition. They respect what Allen can do. This might be the most focused Chiefs team we've seen this season.
