Mistake doesn’t matter, this is done
Get the stop here and they could get it back with probably a minute.

Get the stop and have a minute left

Huge holding call. They might have to be aggressive now to get in better FG range.

Well that was embarrassing.
Any Lions injuries?
What a block!
You could have given Detroit 1st and 40 and they still would have gotten the 1st down
Clear OPI.
Looked like offensive PI to me
GO FOR IT, DAN
Here we go again. Go for it Campbell!
They have time!
Another Campbell decision LMAO
Keep doubting Zayne Anderson!
Should kick this probably.
LMAO Here we go.
Go for it Dan
LOLFENSE
That's so annoying. Shouldn't be rewarded for that shit
Almost disaster
Wow. That was ballsy.
I can't believe they went for it
Wow
Goff falls down and they still get it LMAO
So lucky |
Wow. Dan Campbell is ****ing insane.
That's one hell of a set of balls or one nut bag.
Packers had their shot.
Wasn't Goffs knee down when he still had the ball?
Or am i seeing things |
They’re gonna lose another playoff game like that and it’s gonna be hilarious
Yeah - Campbell is going to cost these guys a playoff game.
So ****ing stupid. |

What you just saw is why this team won't make the SB.

Lucky for them it’s not college rules. |
Pack got screwed on the 19 yard push off

I love going for it but that seemed pretty unnecessary ROFL
Great game
Quote:
That level of risk will cost them down the road |
Lions defense is gonna cost them. Losing Hutchinson has weakened that defense big time

He goes for 4th down at times when it’s not needed…it will **** them in the playoffs like it did last year.
Now we need Minny to beat Atlanta to keep the heat on Detroit to keep winning.

That was a good game

Can they really play with their hair on fire like this every single week? I just don't think they can. The only team I can think of in recent memory that managed to maintain this kind of intensity through an entire season and post-season was the 2013 Seattle Seahawks. It can happen but man it's tough. |
Detroit is so bad that when its residents get asked what part of Michigan they're from, instead of holding up their hand and pointing to a spot, they take off their pants, bend over, and point to their butthole!!!!!
Bills in the Dome next week will be interesting hopefully the Chiefs take care of business Sunday Night. That said I think the Rams are capable of an upset this week. I'm I picking it? Haha no!
"We always find away" is Campbells rally cry except they didn't just find a way they dominated the game. If not for the stupid ass fourth down attempt it's never tied at the end till the FG.
It's interesting watching them. Goff is still a basic qb who gets easy reads and guys schemed open by Ben Johnson. Stopping that run and making him have to win the game is the recipe to dealing with that team and is exactly what Spags has done to several of the tough teams we've faced during this run.
Another thing that is interesting is that secondary can be had. They play man to man and we all saw Watson have his way time after time with Davis. And Arnold was also getting beat tonight and giving away fouls. I know they have injuries but that's mostly D-line and LB guys, not secondary personnel. Them having the most fouls in the league could hurt them eventually. |
Yep. The Bills scare me a lot more than Detroit.

Shhh!!! The bills may read this post!!! |

Dan is getting a little too cocky.
Would love to see them in the SB. He doesn’t have the smarts like Reid and it’ll catch up to him quick. |
He talked about afterward not wanting to have to put it back on the defense with all of it banged up.....It kinda makes sense.
They are saying Hutchinson will play in the SB if the lions make it that far…
Quote:
Not to mention the fact that they were in that tight of a position very likely because he went for it and failed from his own 31. |
If Detroit doesn’t lose another regular season game, they are going to have to extend their winning streak to 18 games if they want the SB…that’s a tall task.
I'm glad it worked out last night, despite Goff almost ****ing it up... as hilarious as that may have been, I wouldn't want Campbell to second guess himself before doing such colossally stupid shit in the playoffs.
Quote:
He did the same stupid shit in the NFCCG last year and cost them a trip to the super bowl. You'd think that he woulda learned by now but nope. He's like the non Italian Nick Sirrani. I can't stand either of them. |

Goff will be their undoing.
Mark it down. |

This Lions team is getting cocky...

But shit....I get it. With their offense I'd trust them way more at this point. They basically had to have all of them to win in the Red Zone las night. |

That one makes no sense. |

They gotta fold Buffalo and then I'll be rooting against them the rest of the way |
Yeah the way I see it the Eagles are the best team in the NFC.
Their OL will crush Detroits DL and Saquon will run all over them. Eagles receiving weapons vs Detroits weak secondary is also a huge mismatch. Fangio’s defense will hold their offense as well. They are not gonna get to New Orleans IMO |

1. Sirianni is a D-bag and the less I see of him the better. 2. If KC three-peats by beating Detroit the tears of all the other fanbases would be epic. Like enough tears to fill the Great Lakes epic. |

They will win the trenches against Detroit |

It makes perfect sense. He made sure his team had the final play and avoided placing his defense against a hot offense. |
Quote:
Eh, that metric is a little skewed. Early in the season PHI lost to both ATL and TB, both good if not great running teams. Since getting thoroughly pounded by TB, they've played 7 teams that don't run the ball well, before beating BAL. And BAL's running game is a little dysfunctional. DET's running attack is probably the best in the league. However, if PHI can find a way to stop the Lions' running game, yeah, they should beat them, because Goff just isn't good enough to carry the Lion's offense without the threat of that running attack. It's the stopping them part I'm not that confident about. |
