Because they couldn't figure out a good way to get a helpful interface on the unit itself is my guess. That scroll wheel stuff looked like crap in the video I saw.

A large stock pot isn't going to be more than 4 gallons and what would you use that's less than 6? It just seems like the 6 gallon unit is caught in an odd middle ground. The extra power doesn't help you for basic uses and how many times will you actually be using a 6 gallon receptacle as opposed to a 4 and have it matter? |
