In Miami? I doubt it. Besides, he's a lineman. I doubt if most Bronco fans would recognize him in street clothes.

I thought I read that they found one under a seat.

Yep, there was Aguste's gun, which it seems clear that Aguste did brandish, and then there's the gun that does not belong to Dumervil, was located in the glovebox of a car that does not belong to Dumervil, and that Dumervil denied knowledge of.

Is it possible that Dumervil brandished the gun then stashed it in the glove box? Absolutely.

Is it possible that Dumervil didn't brandish the gun, and didn't even know about the gun? Absolutely.

How can we tell which it is? Fingerprints.

Broncos' Elvis Dumervil confident "truth will come out" about arrest

Meanwhile, the 911 call that brought police to the incident did not implicate Dumervil. The caller said a guy had "a gun pointing to somebody." The caller added the guy was an African American guy in a white car. Police later determined that the male and female occupants of the white Impala were of "white Hispanic descent" and were identified as the victims in the incident.

Later in the 911 call, the witness said the disturbance was between a male in the white Impala and a person in a silver Mercedes. Auguste was in the Mercedes. No occupant from the Land Rover that Dumervil was driving was mentioned in the 911 call.

These are some pretty serious charges. He would most likely have to hire an attorney in this situation anyways, why not hire Harvey Steinberg?

Shit Brian Banks spent 5 years in prison for a rape he didn't commit. You don't **** around with this kind of stuff.

You think if this was Derrick Johnson the Broncos fans would be defending him on here the same way?

To be fair here, rich people hire expensive lawyers. That's just the way it is. Even if he thinks the charge is shit, it's not like he's going to hire some first year associate to represent him.

Seems like stories are changing after cash has exchanged a few hands to me.
