Peters is our OBJ. Supremely talented with a horrible brain. You never know if he's gonna win the game or get kicked out. Do you want to risk that during the AFC championship? Or would you take a guy like Butler that makes plays to win Superbowls?

It doesn’t make sense to trade Marcus Peters to me given what the return will likely be. Therefore, until Terez/Schefter/Rapoport day something, I’ll consider it speculation.

I promise you that if this team ever wins a SB with Marcus on the roster, he’ll have played a huge role.

The way I see it, if they trade him, it’s probably coming from Clark and I would view that as a major mistake on the surface. This team isn’t as far off from being a SB contender as some might believe, but removing Peters would set them back unlike any other player departure not named Mahomes.

Newsflash, the Chiefs aren't getting to the AFC Championship game or beyond without the likes of Peters, i.e. a Pro Bowl shutdown corner.

If that were the case, he'd have a high profile gig, employed by the NFL Network, NBC, CBS, ABC, Fox, ESPN, Fox Sports, etc.
