I was really pulling for Georgia and Oklahoma St. today. And obviously Cincinnati. Would have been nice to see all new blood in the Playoffs.

I ****ing hate saying it but, for the foreseeable future Alabama will never be worse than the third (on rare occasions) or second best team in the country. Assuming Alabama moves up to #1, Georgia won’t get moved any lower than #3… if for no other reason than to avoid an immediate Alabama/Georgia rematch in the CFP Semifinals.

Current climate and rules suggest that won't be changing anytime soon either.

Traditional powers in recruiting hotbeds such as USC, Texas, the Big 3 in Florida, etc. need to get their shit together and start to more consistently secure their local recruits.
