Nothing wrong with that, depending on your calorie intake at those meals. If it's too low (like less than 50% of your BMR), you'll probably hit starvation mode by the end of the week.

So basically I would either need to shorten it to around 16 hour fasts each day.....or eat a dinner meal thats roughly around 1100 calories? |
Or, just eat dinner and then a snack, but yeah. On that first schedule, you would actually be taking in too few calories. That being said, you would see greater weight loss regardless. It just wouldn't be at the expected rate due to a slowing metabolism. Instead of 3 lbs of fat loss per week, you might only see 2.5, but it's still more than the 2 you'd see with a bigger calorie intake.

I eat lunch at 1pm, and then dinner around 7pm. So actually, it's 18 hours every day. I'll weigh in the morning after I workout and see what the scale says. My calories for the last 2 days have been 2200. I've eaten 665 today. Protein shake this morning, my standard 2 turkey sandwich lunch at 1pm. I'll report tomorrow when I get to work on the weight. |

Sure, if you want. Calories in vs. calories out. Doesn't really matter what the frequency is.
