I should be down a few lbs for sure. I ate like shit Friday and Saturday and am sure I retained some weight due to the sodium content from the weekend.

But my bodybugg for the last 3 days has me at a caloric deficit of over 10,000 since Saturday night. I've weighed every thing. So there is no room for error outside of whatever the bodybugg is off, plus or minus. I'm looking forward to getting on the scale in the morning. :D

Damn. Good job Flop.

Undecided. I probably shouldn't given the state of my back injury, but I really want to. I'll be at the game for sure, though.

Simply Red & NewPhin, I went to Peak Performance yesterday & there was a guy there who seemed to be an expert on plantar fasciitis. He was WAY more helpful than the physical therapist & the doctor I've seen about this.

He watched me walk and run and he checked out my running shoes. After about 10 minutes, he said he could see the problem. He said my shoes were actually perfect, but the arch insert that I was using was giving me problems. He handed me a different insert & it was immediate relief. He said I should be feeling a lot better in 2-4 weeks.

I have a match today over lunch so I'll see how it holds up under some real stress. Thanks for the tip!

The schedule I got yesterday has me centering that game.

Oh okay, well cool. Just don't try that barefoot running crap, talk about a joke,

We have the technology, why resort back to caveman days? I finally saw that special last night on an HBO sports 'up close' (highlighting bf running) - I'm not in agreement w/ any of that. Sure you CAN run barefoot, but we've advanced, why not take adv. of our technology, seems odd and prehistoric. Besides, it rips up your feet, and nobody needs that in an already stressful world.

16 hours into my fast. I'm doing a 24 hour fast today....and then moving into an everyday 16 hour fast schedule.

You're stronger willed than I am. I have only done one 24 hour fast. I find it very easy to eat 1500 calories or less per day so I am just going to go that route unless I hit a wall.

I'm the opposite. I'm not able to stick to a 1500 calorie a day lifestyle. 16 hours really shouldn't be that bad. I'm basically just skipping breakfast and not eating until around 12-2 PM. That allows me to have lunch and dinner. I'm looking at keeping my calories for the day around 1200-1300 calories.

Oh. I have done that without thinking about it. I used to never eat breakfast. Of course I wasn't counting calories so I'm sure just one meal was well over a 1000 calories.

Yeah I never used to eat breakfast either. It didn't help though that I was probably eating anywhere from 2500-3000 calories throughout the rest of the day.

Hell yeah! I played & it was pain free for the first time in months! Now that I'm done, I can feel it enough to know it's there, but it feels much better. The guy said this would allow it to finally heal. I'll be buying all of my future running shoes from that place.
