Holy shit. I jumped on the scale today after my workout, 9lbs down since Sunday. I know some of that is water weight, but wow! I'll take it, I'm down for the month now instead of up which made no ****ing sense in the first place.

4 miles today. Incremental speeds. 1:30 increased running speed, then 1/4 mile normal speed, then 2:30 increased running speed, then 1/2 mile normal speed. Rinse and repeat until I hit the 4 mile mark. I would've kept going but I had to come to work. :(

Get after it gentlemen.

I always try to run with a forefoot/midfoot strike. Heel striking hurts.
