WOW.

First-round talent.

He's off to a nice start but they play 16 games for a reason. Mark Sanchez looked good his first couple games too.

you'll always find an excuse

Geno has already shoved the True Fans words up their asses sideways...."can't start! too risky! only throws short! not a leader! too risky! draft OL, it's safe!"

Geno>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Fisher

I think everyone would agree Geno is better then Fisher. Chiefs didn't need a QB when on the clock. Our new coach wanted Alex nothing we can do about it.

Nope not at all. Will the Geno lovers if he has a bad game? Like he has no running game crap?

Here's the thing. He has an excuse if he has a bad game from time to time. He's a rookie....it's his first year in the league. He's going to have bad games.

Geno Supporters say that about Geno but then harp on ever time Fisher gets beat. At least that's what I've noticed there both rookies why does one get the rookie excuse and the other doesn't?

He's gonna have his up's and down's i agree. Having 1 good game vs the 26 rank pass D and people here think he's the next coming and disappear after games vs Pats and Titans.

Geno has had a few good games, including 3 th quarter game winning drives. I'd love to see 1 great game out of Fisher before the season is out.

You thought he totally sucked. Where have you been lately? Also how's your predictions on Todd Haley working out?

Mark Sanchez was completing 56% of his passes for 916 yards and 5 TDs in his first 5 games. YPA was only 6.8.

Geno is doing much better.

Maybe it's because one is playing the toughest position and the other is a RT. also, one is drafted at 1.1.

I would like to see him have a good game to but we're not even halfway through Fishers rookie season Geno supports for the most part want us to ignore the fact that Geno has been a turnover machine because he's a rookie then say see how much fisher sucks during his rookie year.

He's a LT switching to RT and a ROOKIE. Yes he was drafted 1.1 and needs to step up but Geno supporters are jumping all over him ever mistake before halfway through his rookie season. If he hasn't show any progress at the end of the year ok then you have a point but all I'm saying is that if you're going to say Geno's going to have some struggles because he's a rookie to be fair you have to give Fisher that as well. Should Fisher not progress then sure call him a bust but at 25% through his rookie year since he was held out due to concussion last week is a bit to early to bash him

Geno has played three pretty good games. To say otherwise is just dishonest.

One of the biggest reasons people pointed to when drafting Fisher/Joeckel was that they were more "Safe" bets than someone like Geno. If he was SO much safer, he should be performing at a higher level, relative to his position, than Geno Smith.

He's not.

Geno Smith plays a much higher impact position than Fisher (and will even if Fisher is moved back to the LT spot) and he has played it at a higher level. He has flashed periods of superstar ability. We haven't seen anything close to that from Fisher (though it's harder to see from an OT than a QB).
