Witt Jr. Hits a game winning 3 run homer in the top of the 11th. Mondi has two AB for strike outs and is put back on the shelf to rest, like an expensive toy. I assume back at KC he will play off and on the rest of the year, never more than 3 or 4 days in a row.

Zimmer to the DL. Flanny’s predicted we’d have a few bullpen arms on the DL in the second half. It’ll be interesting to keep an eye on.

Not surprising. Matheny's bullpen management has been shit. Believe some of St. Louis good quality pitchers were also DL'ed during his time in St. Louis.

Starters being dogshit most of the year more so than Marthney managing the pen is the case.

At least the NBA is able to send some legit stars since it's off-season. USA Baseball is just sending minor league players and free agents who are washed up.

Yeah starters are a cause of it, but so is Matheny running the same guys out there no matter the situation and not having any type of long relief guy doesn't help either.
