I will probably hit a point soon that the weight loss will slow down. But today is the first day that I have had a sense of accomplishment.

Yeah, I've somewhat neglected them for years. I never see goo results in my shoulders so I never want to work them. I've really made an effort lately to work them because I really want them to develop & They are prone to injury with all of the r-ball I play.
