I stand by what I said.

Yet another who didn't realize the point of those posts, it seems.

You want me to dig through this thread to find the other posts you've made throughout the postseason about game predictions? Like how the Lakers figured out the nuggets in the 4th quarter of game 1 and were going to shut down the nuggets in game 2?

Never been a fan of him

Plus, Miami has the best coach in the NBA.

They have miles more talent than the Heat and probably the most talent of any team in the league. Bam has no offensive game to speak of and he's the Heat's 2nd best player. Who is even the Heat's 3rd best player? Caleb Martin who averaged under 10 this year? A washed Kyle Lowry? It's hilarious how little depth that Heat roster actually has.

In the complete opposite direction, sure.

That's pretty sad if true. He has low basketball IQ on both sides and turns the ball over more often than Jameis Winston.

Also, Boston has been an excellent 3PT shooting team all season. They just didn't make enough of them here.

lcarus 05-29-2023 08:39 PM

I've rooted for years on here for the 3-0 comeback but to be honest when Boston had the chance to do it tonight, I didn't want it to happen. Because **** Boston. That's a good enough reason for me. They should've just lost game 6 instead of coming back home to get blown out of their own building.

KC_Connection 05-29-2023 08:40 PM

Boston actually giving a huge effort defensively now with their bench guys. The difference is striking from what the starters were doing.

WilliamTheIrish 05-29-2023 08:40 PM

Jimmy and Co backed up the talk. After game 6 and after the game 7 last season.Ya gotta credit him for that.

Agreed. They have no one to guard Jokic

Well that one was actually wrong (ultimately because AD never repeated that game 1 performance the rest of the series and no showed 2 of the remaining games). Those ones you picked out tonight had a specific purpose.

The Heat had wide open 3s in Game 6 in part to Spoelstra’s scheme and were shooting bricks left and right.

They have shooters though. Martin, Strus, Herro, Robinson, Vincent. That's five legitimate three point snipers. Boston has good scorers but not necessarily shooters.

I'll take Bam over Brown if comparing the 2nd best of each team. Bam has some offensive limitations but he doesn't hurt his team like Brown does.
