Yeah, but you don't shoot well from the outside by just jacking up threes as you dribble on the perimeter. Teams with consistently excellent outside shooting do it because they are able to get inside with a post presence or penetration, and as the defense collapses they kick the ball out to open shooters with a set look at the rim.
