This kid could be AWESOME. By far the highlight of the season this year, along with some other fun bright spots.

This team was not anywhere near as bad as those mid-00s teams.

I enjoyed this season a lot. Having recently won a World Series made this season much more tolerable than previous 100-loss season. I think Ned and Dayton are capable of leading another rebuild and I've enjoyed seeing the earlier-career Royals get more big-league experience.

I like that we have strength up the middle with Whit, Mondesi and Perez. We still need to shore up some other positions, but I could imagine this team starting to win more than they lose in 2020.

They were on pace through the first half to steamroll those teams in awfulness.

We had Moustakas, Herrera, Jay, Duda, and Duffy and sucked and now we are doing pretty good. Baseball is weird.

Bullpen turds screwed this team out of at least 10 wins this year.

If Mondesi could walk - he could be Mike Trout (offensively with similar defensive value, albeit different positions)

Too bad casual fans outside of Anaheim don't have any clue who the most marketable player is.

I think people know who the most marketable player is, Trout has a deal with Subway. I can't really think of any other baseball players I see in national sales commercials. It's just that baseball doesn't market their players for shit.
