Jackson County throwing out the 40-year cost of everything to inflate the number is disingenuous and, worse, silly.

It's like Frank White and the county are playing checkers while convinced they're playing chess.

The team is saying the estimated cost is $1 billion for the stadium and $1 billion for the entertainment district. They also say they will cover any overages, so I think it's just a hit piece against the stadium.
