Let's see, a player that I liked and was glad we drafted turned out to be even better than I thought he'd be. Yup, I'm the one who made the mistake in talent evaluation, not the guys who were benching him for Savage, Battle, and Johnson and wouldn't let him sniff the field save for injury and suspension.

Thigpen put on the worst display I've ever seen in my life against Atlanta last year...it was god awful...LJ put together a good 2nd half to make the game at least watchable...but Thigpen was about as bad as anything I had ever seen...and EVERYONE on this website was in agreement about that.

It is not BS if you look at the facts. He was the 3rd string RB all year IIRC. LJ missed 3 games during the middle of the season and in 2 of those games he got a grand total of 7 carries. He finally got a chance in the 3rd game, he had 18 carries and 106 yards and then fumbled the ball in the 4th quarter which lead the Bucs to a come back win in OT. He went back on the bench and stayed there the rest of the year.
