According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, there's mutual interest between the Jets and free agent Jay Cutler.
With only a few openings at quarterback around the league, it was only a matter of time until the Jets were linked to Cutler. The 33-year-old isn't a long-term fix, but he'd be a satisfactory one or two-year bridge before the Jets turn the offense over to a young franchise quarterback. The Jets could also be in the mix for Trevor Siemian if the Broncos make him available. It would also makes sense for the Jets to kick the tires on Colin Kaepernick at some point. |

CLE; trades for Garappalo SF; trades for Cousins NYJ; signs Cutler ARZ; drafts a QB HOU; signs / trades for Romo KC is now in perfect position to have more than one choice to draft a QB in the first. |

Leary and Okung cancel each other out already and Denver signing Okung last offseason cost them a third round comp pick in this draft. Oops |

This draft is the worst OL draft in a long time and FA isn't exactly stacked with lots and lots of options for quality starting OL. Supply and demand dictates costs. Draft yodas like John Dorsey knew it long ago and wanted to make sure he got LDTs deal done before the storm. The timing of the deals for Fisher, LDT and Schwartz helped Dorsey get good value. |

I'd be happy to shore up the D and get a stud rb in this years class and then go after a quality qb in next years draft. Puts that qb in a much better position to succeed kinda like Dak. |

You pretending like you knew that the contracts for Olinemen were going to triple this year. Yeah, that's the ticket http://www.anaheimblog.net/wp-conten...jon-lovitz.jpg |

And "shore up the D and get a RB" then wait for another year? Why? SO KC can be good enough for a wild card and drafting in the 20s again where all the good prospects will never fall? |
